Interior Care provides facility maintenance and commercial cleaning for commercial, condominium and residential properties in Canada. Field service ran in Zuper, while customers, billing and HR sat in separate systems.
They needed a private, internal CRM to be the hub for the whole pipeline, from customers and properties through dispatch and vendor coordination to invoicing and reporting, hosted in Canada to their security standards.
We built a staff-only web application for admin, accounting, dispatch and sales teams. It manages customers, properties, vendors and work orders, and turns recurring programs into scheduled work automatically.
Jobs and invoices sync from Zuper, invoices and payments flow to QuickBooks Online, and the employee roster comes from Humi. Staff email work orders and invoices from templates, print PDFs, and report on revenue, margins and vendor payroll.
Interior Care now runs its operations from a single system that connects field work to billing and reporting.
